I'm not selling your data or tracking you around the internet. Here's exactly what this site collects and why.
Who's behind this: This site is run by NATHN (Netherlands). For anything privacy-related, email [email protected].
Newsletter signup. When you sign up for the newsletter, your name and email address are submitted through a Google Form and stored in a linked Google Sheet, subject to Google's Privacy Policy. That list is used with EmailOctopus, the email service used to actually send you music updates, free downloads, and show announcements, subject to EmailOctopus's own privacy policy. Your details are never sold or handed to anyone else. You can unsubscribe from any email, any time, or email [email protected] to be removed from both.
Booking / contact form. The booking form on the Contact page doesn't send anything to a server or database. When you hit submit, it opens your own email app with the details filled in, addressed to [email protected] — the message only sends if you send it, from your own inbox. Nothing is stored by this website.
Embedded content. Some pages link to or can play content from SoundCloud, Spotify, and YouTube. Typefaces are hosted on this site rather than loaded from Google, and SoundCloud/YouTube players only load after you actively click play — nothing from those platforms loads just from visiting a page. Once you do click play, that platform's own privacy policy and cookies apply.
Your rights. You can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent at any time — just email [email protected]. If you're in the EU/EEA, this falls under GDPR; you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes. If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page. Last updated 2026.
